Please note: after January 19, 2023, we will be adding more external IP addresses to the US and EU clusters. The entire list is included below. If you have access rules for scalyr.com, please be sure to reference all of these IP addresses. Otherwise, sending data to DataSet may be impaired when the changes take effect.
If your firewall requires permitting outbound traffic to agent.scalyr.com
in order to send logs to DataSet, use the following addresses:
52.44.148.105
3.226.192.129
3.214.21.153 (NEW!)
3.216.98.118 (NEW!)
Both agent.scalyr.com
and api.scalyr.com
resolve to these addresses.
If your account is hosted in our EU cluster, you are sending data to eu.scalyr.com
which is associated with these addresses:
34.240.110.238
52.19.87.63
108.128.66.23 (NEW!)
52.50.171.249 (NEW!)
If your account is hosted in the converged US cluster, you are sending data to app.us1.dataset.com
which is associated with these addresses:
34.193.168.81
52.205.180.184
3.230.183.50
3.218.112.33
35.174.33.18
If your account is hosted in the converged EU cluster, you are sending data to app.eu1.dataset.com
which is associated with these addresses:
52.58.152.183
3.125.227.217
35.157.1.150
3.123.96.227
18.198.156.98
The agent sends traffic over TCP on port 443.
Please make sure you permit the full list of relevant IP's in your firewall settings if you are still carrying those configurations.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.
