Enable Scalyr Agent to Collect Remote Disk Metrics

Therefore, the disk usage metrics from NFS aren't collected by the agent. This can be resolved by adding a new file to the agent.d directory (i.e.  /etc/scalyr-agent-2/agent.d/dstat.json , the name of the file doesn’t matter as long as the file type is *.json) , and filling in the following content to the file.
