When are invoices normally sent out?
Our billing cycle occurs within the first week of every month. Invoices are sent by email during that time. If your subscription to DataSet began after the first week, you won’t receive an invoice until the next month.
How do I modify who receives DataSet billing invoices?
Please send a request to support@dataset.com and provide the recipient email address(es).
(EU Customers) I need to add my physical address and VAT ID to the DataSet Billing invoices
Please send a request to support@dataset.com with the physical address and VAT ID of your business. The change will go into effect starting with the next billing cycle.

I need to make a change to my payment method
You can make changes to your credit card via the DataSet website (click the user menu -> “Billing Plan”). As of 6/2023, only the account's administrative user is able to make changes to the account's billing plan. Our Engineering team is working on a feature that will expand this capability to other uses, so please stay tuned!
How can I get my previous months' invoices?
Please send a request to support@dataset.com for assistance. Our billing system sends monthly invoices to the administrative (and other designated recipients) each month. Please note that we are unable to modify the contents of past invoices.
