When are invoices normally sent out?
Invoices are dispatched via email during the first week of each month. If your subscription to DataSet began after the first week, you won’t receive an invoice until the next month.
How do I modify who receives DataSet billing invoices?
Send a request to support@scalyr.com, we will confirm when your invoice address has been updated.

I need to make a change to my payment method
You can make changes to your credit card via the DataSet website (click the user menu -> “Billing Plan”). If you will be paying by wire transfer or require other arrangements, please send a request to accounting@scalyr.com.
How can I get my previous months' invoices?
Please send a request to accounting@scalyr.com for assistance. Our billing system sends monthly invoices to the DataSet account's email address by default.
