The DataSet Support team uses Zendesk to create tickets for customer requests. Customers can access knowledge base articles, file a support ticket, and view their submitted tickets by visiting https://support.dataset.com/hc/en-us. If you have emailed us in the past, your email address is automatically associated with a support user account by Zendesk (and is used as an identifier for the aforementioned Support Portal functions).
Accessing your DataSet Support Account
Before we begin, it should be noted that your DataSet Support credentials are not associated with your DataSet application credentials.
When visiting https://support.dataset.com/hc/en-us, click the "Sign In" button at the top right. The "Sign in to DataSet" child dialog is displayed. Click the "Get a password" link if you have contacted us before:
Enter your email and click "Submit." A password reset link will be sent to the email specified (if it is on file).
